1. Order Processing

- Once you place an order on our website, our system immediately begins processing it. You will receive an order confirmation email with details about your purchase.
1.2. Dispatch Time
- If the items are ready for shipment, they will be dispatched from our warehouse promptly. For made-to-order items, please allow 4-5 additional days for production before dispatch.

- All products undergo a quality check before being handed over to our shipping partners to ensure that they meet our high standards.
1.4. Packaging
- Your goods will be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. We use sturdy packaging materials to ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition.
1.5. Shipping Partners
- We collaborate with trusted shipping partners to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. If your address is in an area not serviced by our standard shipping partners, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery solution.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
2.1. Domestic Orders
- We aim to ship products within 7 to 10 business days. However, made-to-order items may cause delays. We operate six days a week to process and ship orders.
2.2. Delays
- Delivery times may be extended during festivals, adverse weather conditions, or political disruptions. While we strive to meet our delivery commitments, these delays are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
3. Order Tracking
3.1. Tracking Information
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and the name of the tracking partner. You can click on the "Track your Shipment" link in the email or enter the AWB number on our website to monitor your order’s progress.
3.2. Registered Account
- You can also track your shipment through your registered account on our website by checking the order details.
4. Shipping Address Changes
4.1. Address Modification Before Dispatch
- If you need to change the shipping address, please contact our customer support team at care@tathasthucreations.com before the order has been processed and shipped.
4.2. Address Modification After Dispatch
- If you request a change in the shipping address after the order has been dispatched, a reshipping fee of INR 150 will apply.
5. Payment Methods
5.1. Payment Options
- We accept both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. There are no additional charges for these payment methods, although prepaid orders are prioritized for processing.
6. International Shipping and Returns
6.1. Shipping Charges and Duties
- For international orders, shipping charges are INR 1800 per kg (approximately USD 25). Customs duties and taxes will be assessed based on the destination country’s regulations and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
6.2. Cancellation of International Orders
- You may cancel an international order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing care@tathasthucreations.com. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
6.3. Delivery Time for International Orders
- International orders typically arrive within 10-12 working days from the date of shipment.
6.4. International Payment Methods
- We accept various international payment methods, including major credit cards.
