Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Policy

1.1. General Policy

At Tathasthu Creations, we do not offer refunds or returns on any products once sold. However, we do provide an exchange policy under certain conditions. Products may be exchanged for a different size or, in case of unavailability, for store credit.

1.2. Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are permitted only for products that are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags and labels intact, and in their original packaging.
  • The exchange request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
  • Purchases made during sales or with discounted rates are not eligible for exchange.

1.3. How to Request an Exchange

  1. Send an email to care@tathasthucreations.com within 48 hours of receipt of the product, detailing your order ID and the reason for the exchange.
  2. Once your request is acknowledged, return the product to the following address:
    • Address for Exchange: Tathasthu Creations, 7E Lindsay Street, Globe Mall, Shop No. 134-135, Kolkata - 700087, West Bengal.
    • Ensure that the parcel is trackable and retains proof of receipt, including the courier's signature and contact details. Tathasthu Creations is not liable for any lost shipments.
  3. The return shipping charges will be reimbursed. The exchange will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

1.4. Size Exchanges

  • You may exchange for a different size within the same product category. Only one exchange is allowed per order.
  • The store credit, if applicable, will equal the amount of the exchanged product minus shipping costs and any applicable COD or payment gateway commissions. This credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

1.5. Set Exchanges

  • Exchanges are permitted only for entire sets, not individual pieces.

1.6. Exchange Restrictions

  • Products that have been altered or customized are not eligible for exchange.
  • Exchanges are not allowed if the product has been used, washed, or damaged.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Cancellation for Cash on Delivery Orders

  • Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Send your cancellation request to care@tathasthucreations.com.
  • Cancellation is not possible through the website directly.

2.2. Prepaid Orders

  • Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

2.3. Acknowledgment and Customer Agreement

  • By placing an order, you agree to the cancellation policy set forth by Tathasthu Creations and accept the company’s decision on cancellation requests.

3. Credit Policy

3.1. Issuance of Store Credit

  • If a requested size is unavailable, a store credit or coupon code will be issued to your registered email. This credit is valid for 30 days and can be used for a single transaction on the Tathasthu Creations website.
  • The value of the store credit equals the amount of the exchanged product, minus shipping costs.

3.2. Use of Store Credit

  • Store credit must be used in one transaction and cannot be combined with other offers.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Non-Refundable Items

  • All items purchased during sales or with discounts or gift vouchers are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

4.2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please return it to us with the Order ID and a description of the issue. We will reimburse one-time shipping charges either through store credit worth ₹150, bank transfer, or Paytm (payment made on the next falling Saturday).
  • Once we receive the returned item, a replacement will be sent. If the product has undergone three quality checks before dispatch, we will address any issues accordingly.

4.3. Made-to-Order and Customized Items

  • Items that are made-to-order or customized are not eligible for return or refund. For queries regarding these items, contact us at care@tathasthucreations.com.

5. International Shipping and Returns

5.1. Shipping Charges and Duties

  • International orders incur shipping charges of INR 1800 per kg (approximately USD 25). Customs duties and taxes are additional and based on the destination country’s regulations.

5.2. Cancellation of International Orders

  • International orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing care@tathasthucreations.com. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

5.3. Delivery Time

  • International orders typically arrive within 30 working days from dispatch.

5.4. Payment Methods

  • We accept most international payment methods, including major credit cards.
